Quality Policy
In order to maintain Petrochem Network (PCN) competitive edge, we recognize the need for a dedicated, qualified and satisfied workforce. We, at PCN, also recognize the values of customer satisfaction, effective preventive measures and continual improvement. Therefore, we focus on striving to meet these objectives as well as to the established industrial, regulatory and statutory requirements and guidelines. In accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standards, PCN has established the following Quality Policy and we shall achieve the policy by:
• Operating within a well-defined quality management system
• Enhance customer satisfaction by consistently meeting their requirements
• Provide appropriate training to all staff
• Continuously monitor measure and analyze our performance for continual improvement of all processes.
Principle1. In order to obtain and maintain Customer’s confidence and trust, we have established a quality management system aimed at the following goals:
• Top customer satisfaction and confidence by supplying services meeting customer's
requirement.
• Meet requirements of society environment, health and safety.
• Conform to national and international codes and standards on quality.
2. To achieve the above goals PCN organization will ensure that all parts of the organization participate in quality management activities and consistently.
3. comply with quality standards and requirements in the implementation of the work.
4. Appraise the performance of quality management activities objectively.
5. Establish Quality Management Programs and implement based on the Plan-Act-Measure (PAM) cycle to achieve the above goals.
6. The Quality Management Programs are developed and practiced in a systematic and integrated manner. |
